Pat O’Connor is an excellent candidate to be the advocate for special needs children in the educational system. She has a wide breadth of experience in the special education system spanning 21 years. Pat began as a teacher for special education, working into administration as a vice principal, Director of Special Education and Director of Student Services. Pat has worked as an advocate for special needs individuals in all her positions. Her focus has always been the needs of the students first. She has a great understanding and knowledge of special education students needs and the educational services available. She knows the legal aspects of serving special education and how to provide for the students’ needs. Pat has always worked well with her co-workers, including administration and all itinerants. I would use Pat’s services should I ever need and would readily recommend her services to others who need assistance for special needs individuals.

RATES & BILLING POLICY
Our rates are $250 an hour for research, consultancy, reviewing of records, telephone calls, attending meetings, emailing and consulting with other professionals.
Travel time is billed at $180 per hour.
